With drop-out rates and teen suicides at an all-time high, BlindSpot Art youth workshops are geared toward inner healing and general wellness. Programs for disadvantaged/at-risk youth allow them to experience art in a new way and visualize positive life choices — high school completions, competitive career goals, etc.
The BlindSpot Art Foundation provides an artmosphere to empower women of different ages and backgrounds to strive for wellness, inner healing and better health. We introduce them to BlindSpot Art and an engage them in an artmosphere that encourages them to take advantage of the benefits of healing through the arts.
Domestic violence happens to many people in our society. It is known as a pattern of behavior used to establish power and control over another person through fear and intimidation, often including the threat or use of violence. The BlindSpot Art Foundation empowers and encourages victims to speak through art.
You can play a part in bringing healing to a group of individuals in need by donating to BlindSpot Art Foundation. You may choose to sponsor an entire class for a specific group that is close to your heart, or simply give a general contribution.
However you choose to give, we assure you that your entire donation will be used for the sole purpose of bringing healing through art, to someone who needs it most. A portion of BlindSpot Art Foundation fundraising donations will go towards helping women and children who have been diagnosed with MS, heart disease, cancer and diabetes.
